The following steps are the procedure to get your kite repaired.

1. Print and fill out the Kite repair form.
    Please indicate the damages in detail and mark the damages clearly. 
    Please remember to send kite repair form with your kite.

2. Pack and ship your kite 
    Before your pack your kite, please inflate the bladders and make sure it is water and sand free.
    The best way to handle shipping is ground service with tracking and return slip.

3. Return and payment
    We will let you know the price by e-mail or phone after carefully checking the whole kite and the damages that you indicate.  If you agree with our reasonable price, we will start to repair your kite immediately.  We will return it as soon as possible.
